Taiwan e-Learning and Digital Archives Program (TELDAP) is now coming to a significant turning point. The main theme of the 2013 TELDAP International Conference is “Retrospect & Prospect.” Through gathering the experts and researchers from diverse domains, the Conference aims at reflecting the past achievements and experiences as well as further envision the future. We encourage you to contribute to the 2013 TELDAP International Conference. The submitted posters will be assessed by a panel of judges and the Best Poster Award Ceremony will be held during the Conference.
Call for Posters
If you would like to contribute to the poster session, please submit an abstract of 400-500 words in English atOn-line Submission System.
·Abstract Submission: Monday, December 10, 2012 ~ Friday, January 19, 2013
A 5-minute Poster Presentation will be arranged on a specific time scheduled by the Conference Secretariat. The best poster, selected by a panel of judges, will be awarded at the ceremony.
·Poster Display: March 14-16, 2013
·Poster Guidelines:
1.The poster must be displayed in English.
2.Poster title, author(s) and affiliations should be included in the poster.
3.A0 size (84cm in width and 118 cm in height).
4.In order to retain information, please provide a copy of your final printed poster in a PDF or JPG format by March 1, 2013.
·Evaluation Criteria:
1.Innovative Content
2.Related to the theme of 2013 TELDAP Conference
3.Quality of the research in terms of methodological aspects
4.Completeness of research study
5.Poster layout
·Poster Mounting and Removal All posters should be printed by the presenters and set up / removed at the times listed below. Any posters remaining after removal time will be removed and disposed. Neither the Organizers nor Venue will be held responsible for any loss.

·All the presenters are responsible for paying their own travel and accommodation expenses, the hotel reservation can be made via on-line registration system.
·Submitted posters must be original and must not have been published previously at other conferences; the Organizer reserves the right to withdraw the prize if any contributors violate the rule.
·The Organizer reserves the right to amend the rules and regulations at any time and announce it on the Conference website.
