Digital Art Festival Taipei this year has “─Trans─” as its theme. An international digital art exhibition, digital art performances, DAF artist forum, and Digital Art Awards will be the core of the show. In the first wave activity, the “Digital Art Awards Taipei” and “K. T. Creativity Award” cooperate for the first time, offering total prize money of NT$1 million for the winning entries in a competition open to all. The winning works will be on show from September 12th to November 9th in MOCA Taipei.

The third “Digital Art Awards Taipei” held by Digital Art Festival Taipei provides the new generations of a digital art artists with a creative platform. Every year, the number of participants increases sharply and the selected works are receive wide praise. This year the show collaborates with K. T. Li Foundation for the Development of Science and Technology, adding the “K. T. Creativity Award”, which aims at encouraging college students to devote themselves to science and art creativity, to Digital Art Festival Taipei events and aiming to fully display digital creativity in art, technology and colleges.
