Invitation to Participate:
The 2012 Taiwan e-Learning and Digital Archives Program (TELDAP) International Conference will be held at the Academia Sinica, Taipei, Taiwan from Tuesday February 21 to Friday February 24, 2012. The conference is hosted by International Collaboration and Promotion Division of Taiwan e-Learning & Digital Archives Program.
Since 2008, TELDAP Annual Conference has been a great success presenting the achievements and advances in the e-learning and digital archives field in Taiwan. Aside from presenting the achievements of the TELDAP, the 2011 Conference will further focus on the Digital Preservation as well as Digital Humanity and e-Science. The conference also serves as an international forum for researchers around the world to exchange their experiences, new ideas, latest research results and suggestions for future development. The shared experiences on developing digitization technology and applications will provide the Digital Archive and e-Learning community with invaluable references for future collaboration. Topics covered in the 2011 conference include: Content and Innovative Application, Digital Archives Technology Development and Innovations, Scientific Data & Biodiversity Collections, User Participation, Spatial Technology – community deposit of maps and remote sensing images, e-Learning, Digital Preservation, and Sustainability.
