TELearn 2009 provides a forum for researchers who study technology enhanced learning to publish research findings and exchange experiences in conducting related projects. The main theme of this year’s TELearn is Social Computing for e-Learning. Best papers will be invited for submission to a special issue of ET&S (SSCI).
