The market for e-book products has grown rapidly in recent years. According to the market research firm DIGITIMES Research, global sales of e-book readers exceeded 1.2 million units in the first quarter of 2010, and the total sales figure for 2010 is forecast to reach 9.3 million units, possibly breaking the 10 million unit threshold.
