A wave of interest in learning Chinese is growing all over the world, giving rise to Chinese language learning methods and teaching materials that are changing all the time. As on-line learning becomes more popular, Chinese learning websites have appeared like bamboo shoots after the spring rains, providing customized learning methods and courses for different groups of learners, a convenient and real-time method that allows learners around the world to quickly learn Chinese and helping make Chinese a global language.
This is the story of the successful move of a Taiwan electronics industry company into the living industry. Qisda has used shapes like coral flowers from the seas around Taiwan to conjure up LED lights as bright as coral and its LED light fixture products have taken the North America and European markets by storm.
In addition to the Taipei Floral Expo later in the year, another important event in 2010 was the fair held to commemorate the 60th anniversary of opening the “window to Taipei’s skies.” A public request for submission of old photographs were also made in conjunction with a duty free shop operator. These events were both a source of pleasure and sadness. The pleasure comes from the fact that the government and enterprises are paying attention to the preservation of history, which should be encouraged, and sadness because if you look on the Songshan Airport website official website there is no information at all about its evolution.
