Based upon the ideas of gathering together and discussion implicit in the Taiwanese term “daoding,” the “2011 Exhibition of Digital Archives Request for Proposals Projects” employs “interactions” or “exchanges” between different types of digital projects to create the five major areas within the exhibition and to introduce the digitization work carried out by the 78 request-for-proposals projects over the past year.
Since 1993, the PNC has been committed to enhancing digital research and interaction among researchers, educators, and professionals around the Pacific Rim. The importance and contribution of the PNC has been widely recognized by the digital and information technology community. We sincerely invite you to participate in this upcoming event, learn and share the up‐to‐date knowledge from this ever‐promising field. How to develop a system which can identify user's emotion and/or present its feelings to the user according to user's words, behaviors, and performance in online learning is definitely an important, a very helpful as well an interesting research topic. The purpose of this special issue is to explore how models, theories, and solutions of emotion intelligence can be used in online learning and what benefits users can receive from such emotion intelligence-embedded systems and agents.
The history of the National Palace Museum is intricately related to that of the Republic of China.
