APTEL2010 provides a forum for researchers who study technology enhanced learning to publish research findings and exchange experiences in conducting related projects. The main theme of this year’s APTEL is Technology Enhanced Language Learning. Best papers will be invited for submission to the following journals. Knowledge Management & E-Learning: An International Journal (KM&EL), International Journal of Digital Learning Technology, Educational Technology & Society.
The 2010 TELDAP International Conference was organized by the “International Collaboration and Promotion of Taiwan e-learning and Digital Archives Project.” It is an important event for exchange between scholars in the e-learning and digital archives and other fields from Taiwan and overseas. The venue for the conference March 2-4, 2010 was the Humanities and Social Science Building, Academia Sinica. On the morning of the first day at least 150 scholars from Taiwan and overseas were in attendance.
A grand ceremony to mark the start of one of the main events on the TELDAP calendar-- the 2009 TELDAP annual exhibition-- was held on March 8. Special guests in attendance included minister Lou-Chuang Lee, National Science Council (NSC), deputy minister Cheng Wen-chang, director Fu Yang-Chih of the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, NSC, Dr.Huang Shing-tsaan, TELDAP joint director, Dr. Lee Der-tsai, Dr.Huang Shing-tsaan, Winston Lee, curator of Taipei Film Archives and representatives from the Industrial Development Bureau MOEA, other government agencies and several dozens figures from industry.
