「數位技術研發與整合計畫」將於99年10月7日(週四)早上9點，假中央研究院資訊科學研究所一樓，舉辦「網路國際標準與漢字工作坊」(Workshop on International Standardization of Web and Han Character Technology)，邀請W3C XML Working Group 專家Murata Makoto、Adobe 的Unicode 專家Yamamoto Taro等六位專家來台介紹網路技術與萬國碼(Unicode)的發展及參與經驗，並邀請國內財團法人中文數位化技術推廣基金會(中推會)、自由軟體鑄造場(OSSF)、軟體自由協會等社群成員，與數典計畫成員進行交流，歡迎報名參加。
